This is a GREAT T13!!! Karen this is such a fanitastic list of books. The kids and I are working on Mike Mulligan with a lapbook and Five in a Row right now. Funny, I have often though myself weird for enjoying children's books, which is why its good there are little ones to cover up for me, tee hee. Now, I can see that it is ok to still enjoy these for years to come. =)
FYI I have such fond memories of riding my bike to the library as a young child and picking such selections as Madeline, Blueberries for Sal, etc. Now as a mom I have discovered such goodies as If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, and Alexander and the no good horrible Very bad day.
Thanks so much for this post!
I love that pokey little puppy. ;)

I love the Poky Little Puppy! It's been one of my favourites since I was a child.
Great list!
I liked #4, 7, and 11 as a kid, but I don't remember most of the others on your list.

I've been meaning to come over and thank you for visiting my blog from the scavenger hunt! Finally found some time :)
Pokey Little Puppy was one of my favorite books!
These are all great classic titles. You should check out "The Little Red Hen (makes a pizza)" by Philemon Sturges and the books by Doreen Cronin "Click, Clack, Moo, Cows that Type" and "Giggle, Giggle, Quack". These are modern tales that make me laugh!
Great TT list!
Happy Mom's Day!
Some of my favorites, too. Love Alexander and the HNGVBD!
