May Day Weight Loss Challenge - Progress

I signed up for the May Day Weight Loss Challenge over a month ago and completely forgot about it. Two weeks ago, we all started eating healthier; multi-grain breads, lots of vegetables, lean meats, no sugar and no coke! That with some walking and exercising has resulted in losing five pounds!! I can't wait for the next five to go!

You haven't had a coke for two weeks? Excellent! Oh, great job on the five pounds too! I haven't posted mine yet today, I'm afraid to get on the scale. It hasn't been a great week :-(

Congrats on the 5 lbs. and the apron too! Cutting out sugar is a toughy. So your moving ah? Does your husband have a church or ministry prospect there? Inquiring minds want to know. :)
