1. You must be a young lady, who is in or going-in-to, junior high or high school this fall.

2. You may enter if you have a daughter in junior high or high school and present this package to her as a back-to-school gift!

3. You may be a mentor (one-on-one mentor, youth director at your church, or work with youth on a weekly basis). And you must have a specific young lady in mind to give these gifts to.
