Show and Tell Friday - Sorry I'm Late!

Yesterday was a busy day so I am posting this a day late. I bought this welcome sign somewhere along the furlough trail. I am thinking it was probably in New York. The butterflies are from the Herend porcelain museum/factory in Hungary. We took a trip there several years ago when my parents came to visit. It was a special treat for us all and especially for my mom who paints china.

Beautiful sign and butterflies! I'm sorry I don't comment as often as I'd like. I read you through bloglines and don't always have time to click over and comment. I'm glad you're getting settled in. Sorry you're going to have to substitute. (Been there. Done that.) But I know God has a plan and will give you all the grace you need.
Have a great weekend!
You have such a beautiful collection of things from around the world. I can only imagine how priceless these collections will become to your future generations. :)
Oh, that is lovely!

Hi Karen~
Your "Welcome" sign is so beautiful. I LOVE butterflies and the blue and yellow are two of my favorite color combinations.
We have missionary friends who are home now on furlough from Poland. They and their two children have been serving there for 11 years.
Welcome back to the U.S.! May the Lord direct you in the next leg of your journey!
Blessings~
Pam

What a pretty sign. I love the colors.
Oh that is so pretty Karen and you just gave me a great idea for next weeks s&t : )I have the same problem with our clothes as well, having lots that need to be air dried and in the winter it is quite the seen with clothing drying on chairs, bathroom racks and in the basement LOL. Maybe you can string a clothesline between one of your windows to the next apartment building *grin* Hey I've seen it done in the movies : )
Have a blessed evening,
Rosina
