Sneak Preview #2 and Show and Tell
Mary aka Canadagirl is hosting Show and Tell Friday. I thought that I would show you another glimpse of our apartment. The kids' rooms are small and Hannah and Holly have to share, giving them precious little space. So I decided to allow their space to continue into the hallway, at least for some of their belongings.
This is our hallway. The master bedroom is straight ahead. The kids' bedrooms are on the left
This is Hannah's doll collection. The quilt on the rack was made by my mom for Holly. Hannah and I want to put a different one there but we haven't unpacked all the quilts yet.
Here is some art work by Gabe and Hannah when they were in 1st and second grade.

This is a puzzle that Hannah received as a gift one year. We worked together as a family to put it together. Our Romanian friend Laura helped some too, making it even more memorable.

Oh I love it. Thank you for sharing and letting us see what your new homes looks like. (0= I am so happy you decided to join Show and Tell this Friday. I really like the quilt and dolls. I have a quilt I want to hang by my front door. How did your mom make the quilt rack ? Did she use a jig saw?
God Bless my SSiC

My mom made the quilt, not the rack. : )
Karen, That quilt is beautiful! I also love that puzzle. I bet it took awhile to put it together. :)
That's a great idea to let the girl's extend their space...and it took care of decorating the hall...a twofer! :)
The puzzle and quilt are beautiful, and I love the doll collection!

I love that puzzle.. You gave me an idea for decorating our hallway :)
Your place is adorable! I love the doll collection. I had a similar one when I was a little girl, and I can't believe we sold them at a garage sale!
Wow...you are getting your home put together fast! Thanks for sharing!
I love the quilt your mother made. I too, love to quilt, but don't have the time I'd like to do it!:) Framing that puzzle is a great idea. Very pretty!
