Conflicted
I found out today that the teacher, who had a c-section, will return either on Dec. 3rd or Dec. 10th. I am conflicted on whether to pray for the earlier date so that I can have this over with or for the later date for the extra, still needed money. The stress and fatigue are almost more than I can stand. Thankfully tomorrow is a student holiday. I will still go to school but without most of the stress. I am in need of a good, laugh until you cry comedy this weekend. Anyone have a suggestion?

Karen~ I'll just pray that God works this situation out in the best way possible for you and your family~ both for your sanity and your finances.
I pray that the Lord will have His hand in this situation and bring great relief to you.
Cary Grant makes me laugh in His Girl Friday & Bringing up Baby. Also watching "I Love Lucy" always brings a smile to my face. Other considerations: What About Bob?, Finding Nemo, Aladdin (that still gives me laughs), I guess I could go on. If this doesn't help let me know.
I've been wondering how things are going. I'm sorry to hear that things are quite stressful. But the end is in sight!! Praying for you (and your sanity!)
Come watch me try to get a "cookie bake" together. That ought to be good for a laugh.
Sorry the kids are wearing you out. I can't imagine how difficult it must be.
Go rent the movie "Mr Roberts" you will have an opportunity to laugh and cry.
Love,
Dad

That sounds really tough Karen. FIrst of all , I will pray for you and your students. Secondly, hmmm, good movies, funny movies... I am a bit quirky in my humour sometimes, so I am not sure what to recommend. The fight scene in Bridget Jone's Diary and Colin Firth's reindeer sweater in that same movie crack me up- if you have seen it already, you know there is some foul language too. We watched The God's Must Be Crazy a short time ago as I remember laughing my socks off when I was a kid. How about Mr Bean? I love The Office, but again, I am quirky. Ok, those are my suggestions off the top of my head- I will think of way better ones as soon as I log off!
