Tackle It Tuesday - My Dining Room Table

The Clutter Monster at my house is a large and horrible beast. In Romania, I blamed disorganization on the lack of closets and drawers. Now it would be too much stuff in too small of an apartment. Here you can see the results of an unusually busy month. John preparing for a mission trip, homeschool, driving people here and there, a girl scout project or two. . . the Clutter Monster took over my dining room table.
For the sake of my sanity, I decided to reclaim the table.
Much nicer. Let's see how long it stays that way!

Hey Mom,
It looks GREAT. Thanks!!! :D
Love ya much,
Hannah
Wow what a great improvement! Thank you for the shared wisdom with the eye drops I'll try it next dose. I love the quilt on the wall. On my side bar "just a Mom" just finished a quilt in the same pattern. She has hers in light colors.
Good job. Wanna come clean off my kitchen island. LOL.
looks beautiful! I hear ya on the clutter monster!
You have a beautiful table!! I am impressed!!
That stinking clutter monster -- he often appears at my house, messing things up.
Blessings, Beckie :o)
Looks great!
I've been kicking the clutter monster's rear today too, except on a larger scale with living and dining room. Such a huge task, but I shall prevail! LOL.
Hugs,
Dianna
Looks really nice.
Good job! Thanks for commenting. Glad you posted! Now we have spotless houses right? (well at least in those areas) :-)
That looks beautiful! Good job!
Wow nice job. Could you come over and help me with my closet? :)
Looking forward to hearing about the mission trip.
What a great tackle!
Thanks for sharing....it's good inspiration.
Oh, I bet it feels great to have that done. My dining room table currently looks like your "before" pic. lol But I did get my job done today, so I guess I won't be too hard on myself! Just posted my "after" pic. ;o)
Thanks for stopping by, and for your words of encouragement!
Ack! You're making me feel guilty for my overly-cluttered-for-too-long piles around the house!
I think I'm going to go drown my sorrows in ice cream.
Hm, since starting to homeschool, my dining room table looks like that first picture. Why is it that dining room tables are so popular?
