Quirky Quote Contest - 2008 Edition

It's time for the Quirky Quote Contest - 2008 Edition. The rules are easy and the prize is a $15 Amazon gift certificate. The only difficulty is choosing a quote (or two) out of the bazillions. After much deliberation and even family consultation, I decided on this one:
