Show and Tell Friday - French Braiding
On Monday, I made a list of things I want to accomplish while John and Gabe are away. Here is my progress so far:
- Organize paper work - working on it
- Learn to French braid - Done! See pictures below.
- READ! Currently reading The Power of Crying Out
- Blog more often - I've managed to do an entry each day. Better than my previous once or twice a week.
- Watch LOST - Done!
- Begin writing my book

LOST - Season Finale
SPOILER ALERT! LOST fans, do not read if you haven’t seen tonight’s episode!
I don’t usually say much about LOST but tonight I will. I must say that I am disappointed and now I do not mind at all waiting until the fall to see more. Watching LOST tonight was like reading a book that you hope will have a happy ending but it doesn’t. I have to admit that I cried. One of my favorite characters died, just like Desmond constantly predicted he would. I was sure that it was just too predictable and there would be some surprise turn of events, but sadly, no. It happened just the way Desmond envisioned it. I liked Charlie. Although he had a messed up past like everyone else on the island, he became a better person in spite of his circumstances and temptations there on the island. LOST is famous for all the flash backs but what was with the flash forward?
I am going to bed and I am going to remind myself that this television show is fantasy, just a silly book that we are reading together. This book had a rotten ending and it didn’t leave me with the “I can’t wait until the next one comes out” feeling. What about you? Do I have any LOST fans reading my blog?
